I started ProDims in 2008 to give clients something that's hard to find at a large firm: direct attention from senior people who know their project.
Before ProDims, I was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at KJM & Associates, responsible for offices in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. When Hill International acquired KJM in 2007, I saw a chance to build a smaller firm around what mattered most to our clients: trust, collaboration, and consistently good work.
That's still how we operate. We focus on dependable results and long-term relationships, and we work hard to make every project run smoothly for the people counting on it.
