ABOUT THE TEAM

Document Control at ProDims.

Doc Control is the spine of modern construction. You'll design the system, train the team, and be the reason the project passes audit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own.

  • 01Design and implement document control plans
  • 02Configure e-Builder / PMWeb / Procore for the program
  • 03Manage RFI, submittal, transmittal logs
  • 04Train team members on system and workflow
  • 05Produce monthly KPI dashboards on cycle times
MUST-HAVE

The baseline.

  • 3+ yrs doc control on construction programs
  • Hands-on experience with at least one PMIS
  • Attention to version control and retention policy
NICE-TO-HAVE

Bonus points.

  • Certified e-Builder admin
  • Prior public-sector retention-policy implementation
