Contract Admin runs the paper side of construction. The job is precision, not paper-pushing — the ones who do it well are the reason projects close cleanly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own.

  • 01Contract and sub-consultant agreement management
  • 02Insurance and compliance tracking
  • 03Pay app routing and approval
  • 04Invoice auditing and budget reconciliation
  • 05Audit preparation for public-sector funding reviews
MUST-HAVE

The baseline.

  • 4+ yrs construction contract administration
  • Proficient in M365 / SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Public-sector contract familiarity
NICE-TO-HAVE

Bonus points.

  • Familiarity with federal prevailing wage reporting
  • WBE / DBE program exposure
