- Paid vacation — 80–104 hours per year, based on tenure.
- Paid holidays — Nine per year; client-site schedules may vary.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Field at ProDims.
Resident Engineers run the field office. You are the owner's representative on site every day — and the person the GC picks up the phone to when something is off.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll own.
- 01Daily site presence during construction
- 02Manage field inspection, survey, and materials testing teams
- 03Maintain project documentation system in the field
- 04Interpret specifications and adjudicate field disputes
- 05Monthly progress reports to owner
MUST-HAVE
The baseline.
- 7+ yrs field engineering on public infrastructure
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project
- Willingness to work out of a site trailer in WA or AZ
NICE-TO-HAVE
Bonus points.
- PE license
- Sound Transit CAM or WSDOT Std. Specs experience
