ABOUT THE TEAM

Estimating at ProDims.

Our estimating team builds the financial spine of every program we touch. You'll own deliverables across conceptual through CD phases, partner with scheduling and field staff, and work directly with owners who read what you send.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own.

  • 01Prepare cost estimates across SD / DD / CD phases using CSI MasterFormat
  • 02Quantity takeoffs from drawings using Bluebeam / On-Screen Takeoff
  • 03Maintain and extend our internal cost database (18 yrs, 140+ projects)
  • 04Perform independent review estimates for owner's rep engagements
  • 05Present findings in owner briefings and constructability reviews
MUST-HAVE

The baseline.

  • BS in Construction Mgmt, Engineering or equivalent field experience
  • Fluent in Bluebeam Revu and one estimating platform (Sage / HeavyBid)
  • Portfolio of public or institutional estimates
  • Written communication that reads well in a GMP letter
NICE-TO-HAVE

Bonus points.

  • Familiarity with WSDOT / ADOT unit-price work
  • Prior contractor-side field experience
  • Primavera P6 literacy
