Prodims is in business to provide owners, architects and engineers with program management services for their projects. We do this by providing services from complete program and project management to specific specialties on a project-by-project basis. The services we provide include cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, project inspection and project management services. Our team has worked in the capacity of in house project controls, owner’s project representative, owner’s staff extension and augmentation, design side cost estimating, program scheduling, value engineering, project site cost engineering and project inspection services.
Prodims was established by a core group of experienced professionals with a combined 66 years of experience working in the Pacific Northwest construction management field. Our team is committed to providing clients with the highest quality of services combined with the professional judgment and knowledge to advise them on their projects. We strive to keep the focus on driving projects toward the goal of completion with value and integrity.
Duane is the principal of Prodims, founding the firm based on his more than 28 years of providing construction management services throughout the Pacific Northwest on a strong variety of projects and clients. Duane is the day-to-day leader of the firm providing technical, operations and marketing leadership to ensure the firm meets the goal of client satisfaction.
Prodims professionals have worked on a broad spectrum of projects that have given us a breadth of experience with many different project types. These project types include fire stations, vehicle and equipment maintenance facilities, port terminal buildings, transportation facilities such as airport, ferry and rail facilities, health care facilities, educational facilities such as K-12 and universities as well as local, state and federal projects and project programs.
